Duplex Steel & Alloys is a pioneering Monel alloy equipment manufacturer. Among other things, we export Monel bars, sheets, and pipes. Monel is a hard metal. It's predominantly made up of Ni (65-70%) and Cu (20-29%), with trace amounts of iron and manganese (5%) and other elements put in for long - lasting durability. At extremely low temperatures, Monel is a discrete, dependable binary alloy with adequate mechanical aspects. The kinematic viscosity of Monel alloy 400 is 8.80, a transition temperature range of 1300 degrees Celsius–1350 degrees Celsius, and a Yield point of 0.32.
The alloy is occasionally magnetic at ambient temperature, and because it is a nickel copper alloy, Monel bars feature traits like resistivity to salinity and vapor even at warm altitudes. Furthermore, the Monel Bar is impervious towards both salt and abrasive solutions. As a result, they're widely used in practice including biochemical, oilfield, and aerospace engineering.
