maintains its qualities of heat resistance. The use of silicon and rare earth metals,
improve oxidation resistance up to 2000°F. The combination of nitrogen, carbon, and
dispersion of rare earth and alkali metal oxides results in creep rupture strength that is
comparable to that of nickel base alloys.
