Incoloy 800 Buttweld Fittings are among the best options for high-temperature applications, and Duplex Steel & Alloys produces and supplies high-quality products of those alloy grades. The main reason for it is the company's commitment to providing the best quality products to our clients and a knowledgeable workforce who keeps in touch with the trends in the market. We have a team of professionals who source and utilize high-quality raw materials in the manufacturing process.
Incoloy 800H Buttweld Fittings are made up of nickel, iron, chromium, copper, and other micro constituents that help the alloy to have high oxidation and carburization resistance at elevated temperatures. All three of the alloys are similar to each other but have slight differences in their chemical characteristics. Alloy 800H has more carbon content than 800, while Alloy 800HT has more carbon and the addition of aluminum and titanium. Incoloy 800H has better stress rupture resistance than 800, while 800HT has better properties at high temperatures. Both of the modified nickel alloys are dual-certified, making them a different alloy than Incoloy 800. The main advantage of Incoloy 800H and 800HT is that these can be used in high temperatures, because which these are intended for high heat applications.
